VAI Returns to Onsite Conference Venue for Customers, In Person and Ready to SOAR!

We’re just days away from VAI Prevail 2023, our first onsite event since Nashville, TN in 2018. After several years of successful virtual connection, the VAI team, customers, and partners are ready for in-person and face-to-face networking and collaboration. This year, we’re heading to the Walt Disney Swan Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL, and we have an incredible itinerary over two days.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with VAI experts, see product demonstrations, and explore various VAI S2K software applications across the S2K Enterprise, food, and pharmaceutical solutions, such as mobile, analytics, warehouse, and eBusiness. Cloud computing and security will be among the hot topics discussed, with VAI Cloud experts showcasing best practice methods to mitigate threat actors, fortify firewalls from ransomware, and accomplish an infrastructure disaster recovery plan overnight.

Renowned Keynote Speaker, Waldo Waldman, will motivate organizations to build collaborative cultures of trust, courage, motivational strategies, and commitment to adapt to change, plus show how to break performance barriers and overcome adversity. Waldo will expand on his keynote during a skill enrichment session designed to facilitate an open discussion and dive deeper into accountability, open communication, and developing trust between team members.

Master of Ceremonies, Jason Hewlett, will bring the incredible humor and entertainment he is known for, encouraging the audience to sit back, watch, laugh, and sing along, while identifying the talents and strengths that make them who they are as a person, worker, and leader.

In addition to an abundance of education and hands-on exploration with key S2K ERP applications, VAI will unveil its product roadmap and offer attendees the opportunity to meet with VAI Experts one-on-one to discuss their business goals and objectives.

Our Customer Appreciation Dinner will feature the top international food that only EPCOT can provide, along with fireworks, music, and a trip on the free-flying adventure Soarin'® Attraction, which soars visitors 40 feet above magnificent natural settings from all over the world!

Like the Soarin'® attraction, we expect VAI Prevail 2023 will take attendees to new heights and soar to success.
